Request Multiple Quotes
Request a Quote has transformed the way people on Yelp ask for services from businesses. Request Multiple Quotes has allowed customers to message multiple businesses at once without having to run a new search.
Return On Investment Tools
In order to drive more trust from businesses in the Yelp Ads Product, I designed the new ROI tool which gives control back to the business users in order to help them calculate the return they may be getting from Yelp.
This tool can be found on the activity page where businesses can continue to calculate their ROI.
