The Zendesk Suite
In 2018, Zendesk launched The Zendesk Suite, which was a new way to purchase multiple Zendesk products together at a discounted price. This bundle included four of the top customer service channels which Zendesk offers: Support, Guide, Chat, and Talk. This provided customers with a way to buy Zendesk products together in order to have a more integrated experience to manage all of their online customer service related needs.
Problem
Account Owners cannot self manage their accounts when it comes to removing or canceling Zendesk products they no longer want. This creates unnecessary work for internal teams at Zendesk to manage, while also creating a poor customer experience.
Goal
Design a self-service system which allows Zendesk customers to remove and cancel products they no longer wish to use. Building this system will allow Zendesk to improve save-type techniques, creating a more intentional way to save customers from canceling these products at all.
Collect qualitative data as to why certain products don’t work for our customers.
